Been watching ya'll for about a year now and just stumbled onto this one this morning cause I love ya'lls breakdown on things. Neat to see how far you've come! Great job as always Dudes!

There's one for Warlocks where it makes it so whoever is hit with your eldritch blast gets pulled ten feet towards you. I immediately had the idea to multiclass my paladin so I could drag people towards me and keep smacking them around. 'Get over here!'

The new warlock invocations are really fantastic. I could see a really cool Hexblade/ Vengeance Paladin multiclass character who serves the Raven Queen as an undead hunter, an icy enforcer of the inevitability of the grave. Really tight concept mechanically and conceptually. - Monty

As eldritch knight/warlock multiclass you can make a weapon attack immediately after pulling someone into meelee range.

Healing Spirit went and solved a problem we'd been having, which is to fill the Healer role in a pairing consisting of a ranger/rogue and an Arcane Warrior (hybrid fighter/wizard class). Now a 5th level ranger is effective for mass healing, which makes extended cloak-and-dagger missions without the noisy cleric possible.

One of the biggest details about all the new psychic / mindrape style spells that I like is how they remembered "Hey, aren't Bard's magic focused primarily on the mind?". Pretty much every single mindfuckery spell in Xanathar's is on the Bard spell list including but not limited to Synaptic Static, Mental Prison, and Psychic Scream.

@Wineblood6 жыл бұрын
What? Monty's pronunciation was just fine.
@Eunostos6 жыл бұрын
@@Wineblood Because it's a word with a clear etymology and accepted pronunciation (for which Cour is correct) in US English. And UK English. And Canadian, and Australian. I CBF checking more sub-groups though. It just happens to be a word that we see more often in writing than spoken, and can't be sounded out~
@eewweeppkk6 жыл бұрын
@@Wineblood It was fine as in we knew what he was talking about, but it wasn't fine in that the pronunciation was objectively incorrect.
