As someone who has been on Xbox for over 15 years, I can say that I'm eating good with gamepass. Saved me hundreds of dollars and i got some pretty sweet deals with it, now I would be lying if I didn't say that when Xbox moved to a more multiplat strategy i was ngl a little upset, but after taking a second and doing some research i realized the gameplan of what they are doing and honestly its smart, Microsoft/Xbox aren't stupid they know what they are doing. Xbox doesn't care if you buy a console or a fire stick, as long as you are in the Xbox ecosystem, that's all they care about. Phil has been pretty clear about their gameplan.

Same bro, im on xbox for almost 13 years. I share the same line of thought as you do, when i noticed that possibly EVERY "exclusive" would be on all plats i was feeling kinda betrayed, i stayed with them trough all that shit and now that all is good, xbox would have nothing different? And then i had an epiphany LOL, the more money they make, more games will be launched on GP day one and those deals will continue to be strong... For us, active gamers and consumers, xbox is the best place to be this gen and probably the next... I have rent to pay, groceries, and a lot other bills, GP saves me HARD.

@@gabrielmoura7146 bro i pay£12 on pc for game pass i normally buy call of duty and on average 5 £60 games yearly thats £300 plus cod already with game pass all my games for £144 a year😀 i really dont get why people bash it i mostly play xbox games now🤣 my steam library gets forgotten😂 best deal in gaming and pc you dont even pay online so gaming costs me£12 a month. maybe the most pro consumer thing in gaming history🤔

What these playstation elitists that can't wait for Xbox to die are missing is what the majority of new devices entertainment related at CES were either steam or windows handheld PCs. And every single steam or windows handheld PC that is sold means that buyer does not need a Playstation to play playstation so called "bangers" any more. Every major PC manufacturer is making a handheld. This shows the demand is there, they are more and more powerful every year. They also all run gamepass and many come bundled with the service. As soon as a purchaser buys a handheld tries gamepass and realises the value and benefit of the service, why would they then buy a playstation? They can play the PC versions and have their cake and eat it with gamepass. Each one helps one more PS5 sit in it's spot in a warehouse unactivated. Each one is another less PS+ subscription. Each one is one less PS6 that will sell. Bring on the handhelds.

If GTA6 goes with 100$ price tag and everyone with their grandmas copies GTA, Game pass will go nuclear. People will either limit the number of games they purchase per year or stop buying new games all together and join game pass.

Now that i think about it, even if gamepass price goes up to 20-25 bucks it will be still cheap as F and people would swarm it like flies I live in brazil, so the price here is 60R$ a month, full price games are 350-400R$, its a insane deal already, if it goes up to 70 or 80R$ i would still sub to it...

It's offers better value than playstation. I have a PS5, PSVita, Switch, Steam deck, Series X, and 2 gaming PCs that laugh at the PS5 Pro as well as a tablet and a smart phone. If I buy a PS5 game it only plays on the PS5. Doesn't even play on the PSVita. If I get PS+, I don't get day one releases I have to pay £70. If I buy an Xbox game, it has play anywhere. I get the Xbox console version, the PC version, and the cloud version all with cross save and cross progression. The Xbox version plays on everything but the PS5. I can even get the cloud version to run on the vita and the switch through homebrew. And Xbox first party and many more are on gamepass so that's £70 saved. That's more friendly to my wallet than playstation. That's why I don't buy playstation games anymore for the PS5. Because Sony is definitely not my friend.

Xbox is pretty consumer friendly then Sony and Nintendo I can play on gamepass on Xbox and move to PC with gamepass and still have my save files
