I liked to see Big Boss in the video, he does al the hard work taking apart and putting back together the hardware you get. It looks easy when you get the board on your workbench, hardest part is mostly getting hardware to open up without breaking those plastic clips.

I'm always amazed to see how complex it is to assemble and disassemble Xbox Series Xs and PS5s. I guess for a solo technician, that step may take longer than the actual board repair, The Boss of All Bosses is a huge huge help to Alex

Although this was a success. Showing the Timelapse of big boss shows exactly why there is a no fix fee too. That is some work to take apart and reassemble! The thing to note here is big boss is incredibly experienced, many people would take much longer too!

I got an Xbox Series X 5 days ago and the HDMI port went bad on it in just 3 days. I tried multiple HDMI cables, multiple TV's, monitor & tried to boot it into safe made for a factory reset as well as booting it into low res mode and none of these were successful at resolving the issue. Just sent mine in for a full refund and I'm getting another. I currently was running it on a ASUS VG27AQ which allowed me to run it at 1440p 120hz/fps and my TV's in my house all run 4k at 60hz only which is fine for a backup. I pray my 2nd one will be better otherwise I'm going with the PS5 instead. Btw do you know what would cause the NB7N chip? I'm guessing this had to be my problem as well. Thanks in advance

Maybe someday big boss can explain some about assembly and disassembly of the units and how to organize your plan of attack for all those screws and connectors. I find this the most difficult part of repair these days.
