I definitely like the aesthetic of this home. It's big but not too big, making it have the home-y feel to it. I'm not the biggest fan of the custom texture of the stone but I'd probably use this home if I wanted to have a break from my explorations. Drop off some of that carry weight and display neat outfits. It's location is right in the middle of where I tend to find myself exploring so it's convenient too

It does need a bit of decorating in the staircase maybe weapon racks, paintings, animal mounts. Same with the armory area. But it’s a fantastic player home nothing fancy but custom.

I love how the battlements are fairly accurate! Arrow slots and the machicolations (the holes under the arrow slots by your feet) to shoot down or throw stuff on the edge of the wall!

What an amazing castle home,as you said,it just needs to be polished up a bit,but I absolutely love this! It does feel like something from The Witcher series. I feel like Geralt (sorry if I didn't spell that right) would bath in that tub and one of the sexy ladies would wash him or one of those "special scenes". Lol defitnely want this house and hoping it gets polished up a bit. What a wonderful showcase again,Ryan!

TLC. This home definitely needs some. You know how much I love having places that look like they could have been in the game all along. I Do love the big double entrances but everything inside looks a bit like someone got a good start on a home and then just rushed thru. And I too will be falling off those stairs. With all that wine you Have to have a way to move around without falling to your death. This place could be great but like you said it needs to have more work done. I think the mod author had some great ideas but just needs polish. Say hi to Chloe and I hope to make it on Mon. Please know that I always try to watch later if I can't make it live. Thanks and Hugs

I think if the display cases worked and there were childrens bedrooms I would definitely use it. I love the over growth in it. But like you said it would be great role play castle.

I guess you're entirely out of the loop though so before some hits you with the r/itswooooshwith4os I should probably explain it. The Original comment in this chain referenced a KZbin channel called Shadiversity. It's a known channel meme that shad is a huge fan of machicolations, a type of architectural feature in historical castles. Another of that channel's memes is that any situation, any what if scenario, can be made more interesting by adding dragons into the equation, thus the phrase "Ah, but what about dragons." that he has on his merchandise. I don't really see how you thought I was asking some sort of gameplay question involving spawning an entity, and I can only assume that's the conclusion you came to seeing as dragons do spawn naturally in the game world after a very early quest sets the spawn flag to true, but regardless of how or why you came to that conclusion, it was wrong. Thanks for the attempt at informing me though.

There’s always so many cool house mods but I can never download them because any house mod I play with I end up crashing with it. On Xbox it seems the house mods don’t hold up very well

you should never be too harsh on a creator -- they might be new - they might have had a flawed concept and took a few wrong turns. I like the idea of living in an ancient castle ...the mod author just made it look too ...distressed?

What? Distressed? What? What are you even talking about. This home is perfectly fine, save a few minor graphics issues of course. Could do with a little more static clutter and all that, but what the hell do you mean by "Distressed"??

The mod Author did a piss poor job making it, and it looks highly unstable as well

Yeah, no. Custom textures, high attention to detail. Machicolations, arrow slits, historical accuracy. Clutter is nothing to write home about and could do with being static but no real issues in terms of appearance of general theme. Some minor graphics issues are pretty much the only bugs in the mod, clipping through the railings is the fault of the game engine in general, and is unavoidable with certain models to a degree. One of the better castle playerhomes I've seen, especially if this is a relatively new author with little experience in the ck. Nothing about it seems unstable either, although I haven't run the mod myself to check for errors, it seems to run fine, and with the amount of items in the cells, the poly count of the custom models, and the resolution of the textures, it's unlikely enough for the game to have issues handling it. If you're having stability issues, I recommend checking your load order, as 90% of all mod related problems come from load order mishandling. If you're on PC, consider using LOOT to manage your Load order if you're not confident enough to handle it yourself, though it's by no means a fix-all solution.
