You got it exactly right! The outside is wow. The inside needs tlc. No major issues just lock down stuff and maybe put something green around, something that stays put anyway, haha. I love the outside of this one and it is in a great location so you can avoid having live Inside Solitude. I think it is worth having it if only to just have a beautiful home in the area. Even if I don't stay often. Hope your lady had a great birthday and get some rest. I hope to catch more streams next week. Hugs

Cool house! I don't blame you for not having a massive mod list. I have about 140/150 on the Xbox One X. I've almost made my perfect load order, but I always crash when approaching Whiterun from any direction. It will crash, I will reload the quick save I made (because I know when it'll crash, I'm so accustomed to this problem), and then things work perfect after that. I've literally dealt with this problem for years, over multiple load orders, *in the same spot,* and I cannot pinpoint the problem for the life of me lmao. I assume it's just a mod loaded out of order, because right after it crashes it runs 100% smooth in the same area. It's probably just reaching said mod and going "wait no let's do that again."

@@RYANT1UM I mix mods and console commands on my PC version of Skyrim SE, and I get about 1 crash per new installation, then it all plays fine together. Not sure why. :-)

I liked it but its not for me because i like to be able to display my armor and weapons. Its really nice though. Especially with the outside.

Living in the gentrified suburbs of Solitude? Hell yeah. One of my favourite places on the whole map. I hope the mod author keeps working on the place because it definitely has it's positive elements -- it's near perfect for roleplaying as a hunter monk or assassin huntress - someone who is solitary in their habits and values being able to defend their position over collecting space. The upgrade of a basement (if it isn't there behind some secret panel already like MR. A thought) would be a plus. The whole thing reminds me of a hunting lodge I visited years ago in Red Bay Ont. A bit cramped, full of trophies, but with a rustic charm.

great showcase! Just a heads up your load order might not be fit for a long play through - sheogoraths cheat menu as well as cheat menu is a ‘foundation’ mod kinda standalone might wanna place that higher up as well as alternate start right at the bottom but love your showcases!

Cool, cool, cool... 😎 Well, my mod load order is heavy. But the only environmental mod I have is Vivid Weather's. Right now, I do not have any mod that interferes with Whiterun. And I do not have any lighting mods like ELFX. And my platform is the OG old Xbox One. One possible observation, and I do not know why this happens. My observation after playing with my mods was that if TexArium wasn't your only house mod, then it was a bit more unstable than what I remembered. Lastly, the game has issues sometime with saving while inside the house. But, if you have read the description. You'd know why this house is so awesome.

Well darn i was hoping of a display room :( still a very very nice home placement is perfect decoration? Hmmmm its a bit iffy some thing are a bit where im sitting here like "but why..." the fountain for example love the clutter i take clutter over cold and empty any day 8/10 for me

I wouldn't use it. Sorry to the mod creator who clearly know more than I do regarding such programs, but it's really not for me. You were correct when you said the design and decorations were kinda all over the place, and that's my main complaint about it.

Hmmm, a lot of interesting ideas, I especially like the outside design, however I think it could need a finish grind. As you point out some decorations seem a bit randomly placed for example a fountain at the top floor... Interesting idea but I'd worry were the water goes from there. Also, I'd put in some more lights maybe? Oh, and the dynamic clutter should mostly be static because as good as the flower basket arrangement looked, it's unfortunate if you take it away accidentally (beck you can't put it back there). So, it looks a bit unfinished to me. Some stuff cramped together and other parts look somewhat empty. I don't know, I like a small starter home to be free but otherwise homes should come with a reasonable price tag because then you know what you collect all the money for and not carry thousands upon thousands of coins in your pocket at some point because you don't need to spend it. Oh, did you ever check out the Sky Haven overhaul? It comes with a personal living quarters and a badass armor.
