I probably should have picked a different song but when I played it the first time I actually hit every SP phrase except for the drum solo.
Sometimes velocity sensitive notes don't even register period and sometimes they do.
I can't mention enough how much I hate the pedal
sometimes the cymbals turn sideways and the kit itself seems like it never tightens the positions of the pads enough
If you don't care about FCs or High Scores and you want a 5 lane drum kit for $99 this isn't a bad idea though I guess :)

@toymasheenSH oh, i've had mine ever since world tour came out and never had problems, i guess i got lucky then? rock band 3 has a nice looking drum kit.

yeah I've since messed around with it- still sucks- also crosstalk is occuring now with. Returning it to logitech for a full refund.

4:09 I have the same Logitech kit for Wii and their claim of "auto calibrating sensitivity" *IS* bullshit. It simply DOES NOT calibrate or change sensitivity - ever. Period. Zero evidence exists of it calibrating itself. This is the major downfall of this kit. It makes the shoddy GHWT kit look like a king in comparison because at least the GHWT kit can use the MIDI-USB Drum Tuner, and that makes ALL the difference.

The Band Hero kit is good, but the brain being detachable is giving me simmilar problems to the Les Pauls detechable neck. It doesn't lock in properly!

im 6'4" and even with the regular RB kit i need to either do the table top method, or i have a 5inch thick slate of granite that i rest the stand ontop or i can't play at all. i could just imagine with this kid, doesnt even seem like you can do a table-top setup can you?

@toymasheenSH Unscrew the yellow plastic things of the cymbals. The metal knob on the yellow screw is where you pul small amout of tape :)

no it dont not for guitar hero its like rock band drums theres only 5 drums including bass not 6 like gh5 or 7 if your useing double bass on expert + mode the othe drums on the ions are just copys like you have 2 greens and two yellows and shit

hey, thanks for this review, I've also read that people thinks this is a nice kit, do you think they changed something after you bought it or they're just lucky, I mean 1 kit on 10 is ok and the rest is crap?

Im an excellent drummer myself. i played these drums in fry's and i felt i was doing soo horrable. main problem was the bass pedal. that thing moves soo damn much. then the cymbals, horrible ass sensitivity.

band hero drums are good but my orange is sorta stuffed because i hit the orange REALY hard and it hits green sometimes

Hi! You are hitting your knee against your blue because it sticks out too much. Push it in so it resembles the GHWT kit. To make your pedal stay your should wet the rubber dots on the underside of the pedal. And the cymbals work better if you tilt them more down and rise them up a bit. These steps should make it much more fun to play with this kit. Cymbals started to wobbles after gotten hit so many times, but you fix this by applying tape around the little metal knob on your cymbal screws.
