Smiling ear to ear while watching this. This album was my first love music ways, bought the cassette right when it came out. I’m 40 now and can still sing the songs word for word

Ha same. Turning 42 next month. This was my first concert, July 1994 . Dad took me to see my fav band at the time. Summer before 8th grade. Life changing

Whenever I hold up my phone to record a song at a concert I feel self conscious and usually dont even make it more than a minute or two before I stop recording... Kudos to you for the effort.

I love that they playing a small type venue, the old school way, and old fashioned decor and not over the top set up.

Listen to the crowd. Even 30 years later, these songs evoke such a response. I haven't seen a modern Green Day show but I can't imagine their new material getting this type of response.

Green Day's Dookie had done what no other band had done before in the pop punk scene. They broke the pop punk sound into the mainstream. The Offspring's Smash would do the same thing a few months later. It largely filled the void in rock music that Nirvana left after Cobain's death.

I believe come out and play came out first before Longview I could be wrong. Either way I hated both songs when they came out as a buzz clip on MTV. Don't mind them now. Smash by offspring was probably a better album than Doogie too

Saw them at Louder Than Life last month and they only played two or three songs from Dookie. Thank you for uploading this.
