alles schön erklärt, aber es wurde nur immer von der rechten Führungsseite gesprochen. Links im Wechsel ist zur Entlastung und je nach Gelände einzusetzen..Grüess

You should chance the leading leg and arm so you can put pressure even to both legs.

What do you mean by that? This sounds a little bit weird. There is only one leading leg at a asynchronous technique.

Sorry! My german is not good. I found that you are doing so in video, but not when you show style without skis. You should chance direction very often especially uphill. It's not very easy to learn to do. I have taught amateur skiers for years and both sides have to start exercise in early stage.

Beim Training 80% aus den Beinen arbeiten ! Die Stöcke geben ersteinmal nur den Rhythmus vor und dienen nicht zum Abstützen!
