I am so annoyed with brands making the phones thinner. Phones are already thin enough... What I need is a big ass battery to go through 2 of 3 days, but they'd rather make it last barely one day.

That's one reason why I ditched Samsung after using the Note 10 Plus and A52 5G and chose the Redmagic 9 pro. It's an absolute battery beast. 10h+ screen-on-time when using mobile data, in WiFi I get 14 hours and more without gaming

How does the regular S24 and probably S25 still only have FHD 1080P displays? In 2024/25? I remember back in 2014ish, 10 years ago we were moving away from 1080P to 1444P and 4K. Just because i dont want the massive flagship Ultra version doesnt mean i want lower specs. I wish they made the regular S24 with a qHD display.

Much bigger battery is not enough. It's pointless to have 6000mAh if the screen and processor use more power. You should only look for real life use battery endurance test. You can debloat a phone with 4000mAh and make it last longer than 6000mAh phone. That's why sometimes a budget phone like A25 can have better battery life than the S24.

S25 Ultra gonna use the same M13 display which has grainy issues, same camera sensors even they still gonna be use the 10 MP 3x lens which has been used since S20 Ultra, same cheaper grade-2 titanium which is more inclined towards scratches,no photographic styles, same design for 5 years,same ugly haptic motors,same battery mah for 5 years. So i dont think in 2024 people are that much nerd or ignorant to take Samsung flagships with that exorbitant price...Samsung will be the next LG sooner

samsung has been in the dumps for quite some time now. "new" phones with bearly any upgrades that doesn't makes their releases feel special and exciting that is just overpriced and waste of money , terrible choices made in terms of hardware to cheap out for max profit and terrible software and piss poor battery life. in the early days of the smartphone era, samsung in my eyes used to much more the forefront , but nowadays they bearly resemble what they used to be. also, one of the major reason why chinese brands have become bigger over the years in the eu is because they offer MUCH MORE FOR LESS.can't speak for asia but it might be the same there ? if samsung and apple wanted to , they could have done the same, but they choose not to. if they lose market share outside of the us , its on them for being complacent and ignorant.

I bought s24 ultra in September and buch of suckers said i should have waited for the s25 😂.... Like Steve Jobs said already in 2007 that that's not how tech works.... There are no yearly miracles coming. If you have s21 s22 s23 s24 or what ever if it works without issues be happy.. my phone's usually last around 6 years and that's at least how i long im planning on keeping this one.

yes, probably. you have a big battery, so exynos does not makes a difference. i want a small size model i mean base model, but i want its processor to be efficient, beacuse base models' batteries are smaller and if its not an efficient processor, battery will drain so much. s24 exynos 2400 is even worse than s23 (snapdragon 8 gen 2)

Most companies are phasing those out. SD cards degrade over time, plus companies offer cloud storage at a reasonable price. Headphones jack can weaken IP rating

Samsung's mistake was to want to be Apple, asking apple prices only made people buy apple, i know i for one @ the same price will buy a iphone over a samsung, since apple doesn't have the habbit to stop software suport after 2 major OS updates, and then came the tab s 10, putting a mediatek chip in a premium tablet was a major mistake, i was really hyped that the tab s10 would use the SD elite, but they went to cheap chip to max out profits, so m4 ipad pro it is for me.

I have one of those S24 with a "mere 8GB of RAM". It's plenty. Never wanted more. But RAM is not particularly expensive and these phones are very expensive, so maybe it should have more. What I'm really looking for is a cheaper foldable with a larger internal display closer to a 3:2 aspect ratio.

And In India there were many Consumer Court Cases on the same for a refund. So as I faced it ,am not like the others like a fighter , I sold off mine for 80 percent of the price.

Not going with samsung after s24U , going to buy an Honor phone , this phone has been amazing to use everything put together is nice , but camera is just meh i bought in pre order from then to now photo consistency has been really poor , One Ui and S pen is only saving samsung otherwise its just an average overrated phone . How the samsung mobile divison cannot get latest tech from Display divison , it will be another year with 8bit display which has grain in lowest brightness setting . Pros - One Ui S pen Performance Cons - Inconsistent camera over the year, Great display when brightness is kept more than 20%. Battery has been Inconsistent . Gifted my GF Xiaomi 14 in sales that phone blew away s24U in camera Performance and battery but UI is IOS copy but it seems i will be ditching sammy for some chineese phone for my next purchase

lol, be careful with those honor phones, if you want consistency this is NOT what you wanna buy, and i've been watching HOURS of tests on different channels and from different sources throughout the year videos : completly unusable compared to samsung's phones photos : have better contrast for sure, but less consistent in its color science than on samsung phones + zooming further than 7x can already give bad results so yeah, you should maybe wait for vivo to hopefully release their x200pro globally

Yeah Samsung is pretty trash. From the useless s pen the garbage x and those chips that they refuse to make better after all these years. To the bloatware to the shoddy UI and the old looking notification panel. I think Samsung needs a complete overhaul their phones have become so boring. But it's not just them I think it's Apple as well just boring boring boring! It makes sense while they're losing market share all over the world. But I guess that's what happens when both those companies release the same phone six times in a row!

The fact that my S21 is running an Exynos chip is one of the reasons why I am currently not considering any Samsung device. Performance is horrible and it overheats constantly. I'd prefer a Mediatek chip to be honest.
