Xel customs lex amp rack for the 2015 to 2023 ( or current) Harley Davidson Road Glide . This rack allows you to install multiple large amplifiers in fairing.
This requires both xel road glide racks ( original amp rack and new top plate ) and the removal of the air vents .
Modifications of the factory radio bracket and headlight required along with the removal of the air vents .

Great video I just asked last week could I do a 1600 and 1200 on the old lex rack don’t really wanna spend the $ on the 1600 if it won’t fit. One question tho how does the headlight mount up with out the tabs?

Top of the Headlight is held with Velcro on the top and factory bolts on the bottom . Faring keep the headlight held in place very snug . Next video will show the finished product.

With your 1600 and 1200 could you keep your vents? Funny thing is vents don’t really matter much it’s just aesthetics….wind is all around you on the bike lol

You can keep both a 1200 & 1600 on the old lex rack easily. You will have to cut the back outer ears at a slant for the vents to fit. Make sure your amp outputs and inputs work fully before you cut the amps, in case you have to swap for a bad out of box amp.

That looks great, but what did you do will all the factory wiring that's in there. That is my problem, right now. I may be using one of these amp racks to create a little more space. But I haven't figured that part out yet. Great work Carlos! I like watching your videos!

Hey Carlos, could one use the Voodoo tweeter pods in the vents and still fit the Hertz ST25/35 NEO or would one have to use the Diamond Audio's MO75T or are those tweeter pods not even an option at this point?
