Everyone cries with the jail scene, but it takes a real human heart to cry in the baby scene, it's so incredibly moving, especially when you realize these kids have been robbed of this joy for so long.

The baby scene meant so very much to me. One of my favorite scenes in the entire game!

I actually didn't cry out at the jail scene, but as a person who had grown up without a father for certain reasons... This made me explode in tears. I kinda thought that this emotional scar did heal long ago. But the game has proven me otherwise. It's just so cruel for parents to have to leave thier children so early.

@ShallBePurified6 ай бұрын
I want to know, without playing Xenoblade 1 or 2, how much of the DLC were things that you didn't understand even after finishing it? Because it references a lot of things from the first 2 games so I want to know someone's opinion who started with 3 and then went to the DLC.

The entire team at MonolithSoft created something very special and very magical with the Xenoblade Chronicles franchise that is still amazing that the first Xenoblade game became the greatest JRPG of its generation and also help revitalize the JRPG genre when it first released and lead to this incredible story-driven trilogy. We’ve come a long way since the Operation Rainfall fan campaign. Even after so many past projects from Xenogears, Xenosaga, and Baten Kaitos, it was Xenoblade Chronicles that shined a bright light at their studio and help them create a franchise that has garnered mainstream success and appeal, that they are satisfied with, and feel compelled and confident to further challenge themselves into what new stories to tell and new ideas and inspirations they can make in their future projects they are working on next. Each game has some powerful plot twisting moments that MonolithSoft probably did not know would literally have fans crying during those moments. In case anyone is new to Xenoblade or is just curious. Back then with Xenogears and Xenosaga, MonolithSoft wanted to create a six story narrative (Perfect Works), but most of their work had to be cut. But now, MonolithSoft along with Nintendo giving them creative freedom accomplished that vision that Tetsuya Takahashi had. Telling a complete six story narrative in Xenoblade Chronicles and its DLC expanded stories and completing the current story in the “Klaus saga”. -Xenoblade Chronicles -Future Connected (Epilogue Story) -Xenoblade Chronicles 2 -Torna The Golden Country (Prequel Story) -Xenoblade Chronicles 3 -Future Redeemed (Prequel Story)

@2:38:30 This scene right there...Destroyed me completely. It was also just a few days ago I saw this live in stream and broke out into tears - a fully grown man in the age of 32 already. But as person who never had a dad for...reasons. This cutscene broke me entirely as it buried up scars to the surface which I thought to been healed over a decade ago already...but this game has proven me wrong. Sorry for probably bad english tho. Love your reactions to this. ♥ :) Much love from Germany!

M isn't an offseer. She helped start the tradition, but wasn't one herself. So why does "M"'s boss music have flutes overlapping the normal moebius theme? The answer is quite simple. They had already swapped. That's not an M boss fight. It's a Mio boss fight, with M as a party member. The whole sequence between chapters 5 and 6 is just absolutely peak writing and voice acting. Aimee-Ffion Edwards and Harry McEntire did such an amazing job portraying both halves of their characters, bringing out their conflicting emotions and making it feel so *real* that no matter how many times I see this scene, knowing how it ends, it always brings me to tears. Noah's descent into grief, "Pick it up", N's further descent to madness when he figures out M and Mio's plan, M's regret and hope for the future; you can really *feel* what the characters do in those moments. This game is a series of some of the best feature length movies you'll ever see, stacked together in trench coat while *still* remaining one of the best jrpgs I've played gameplay wise. It is... *Phenomenal.*

@@LorieMegistus I'll definitely check it out. What Xenoblade 3 does so great is give us antagonists whose motivations are believable and compelling. Joren, Shania, and N are among those who would otherwise have been good people, but the world warped them in such a way that there could be no other outcome for their actions. N especially was tortured for cycle after cycle of seeing his soulmate perish right before his eyes, and be taunted by Zed to surrender until it finally happened. The lack of choice time after time was devastating for him, and gradually turned him into a monster. Even Shania, whose actions are inexcusable, is understandable when you see the pressure and pain she is suffering. This is the brilliance of this game, right now it's my favorite.
