Seeing Adult Shulk and Rex team up to fight Alvis is absolutely insane. I took a gamble on Xenoblade Chronicles: Definitive edition and got hooked in 2020. Then played the second game in 2021 and finished the third game in August last year. This battle will be the agglomeration of all 3 games. It'll be amazingly emotional

That was me as well. I played Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition in Summer 2020, got Xenoblade 2 and its dlc in Winter 2020 and got Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Special Edition and beat the game a month later after release. I absolutely cannot wait to see how this Saga ends.

Same. For so many years, Zelda was literally the only franchise I cared about, and even after playing XC2 and then XC, I wouldn't have really called myself a Xenoblade fan. But XC3 has made me completely fall in love with it, and this trailer absolutely blew my mind. The trailer for Tears of the Kingdom, however, was just meh to me. I'm getting less and less hyped for it and I don't really know why.

imo, Zelda have great overworld and game mechanics, but the story is actually quite dull. Xenoblade Chronicles might not give us as many freedom as in Zelda, but the overall gameplay is still great, and it also have greater story compare to Zelda. I actually like Xenoblade more than Zelda.

Actually thinking about it, the Monado that Arglas found was the Monado 1, same as how it was when the Monado expedition found it. So it seems that is just the base form of the Monado, so logically the one Alvis would use. Zanza and Shulk’s Monado’s were personalized to them.

Yeah, the last character we see is the most interesting. He looks like he's about to transform into an Ouroboros, but can't tell for sure. And the line "like killing Granddad wasn't enough for you?" has me so dang curious as to what we'll see. Like is that battle between Shulk, Rex and Alvis taking place in the past before the start of Origin? Or is this after the world's are recreated? I have so many questions and Wave 4 feels so far away

Shulk's also an adult (he's 3 years older than Rex) since both 1 & 2's world exist at the exact same time (when Rex fought Aion in 2's ending, Shulk was also finishing off Zanza) it's just his growth isn't as drastic. Also for the Fei looking character, I suspect that is either the original Noah from the endless cycle of Aionios or his son that was left in a forest after his death. Either ways he is the heir of House Vandham as seen in the Founders statues.

This man eclipses them both. Plus Shulk is fighting with a replica Manado (Alvis is using the true one) & Rex lost the connection to the Conduit meaning he no longer has access to the Master Driver form. They're getting washed dawg.

If the celebration at the beginning of XC3 was really Melia’s silver anniversary, then that would be about 12 years until the collision from FC to XC3’s prologue. Which is the grand scheme of things, isn’t a lot of time at all.

It certainly looks like we're playing in an early version of Aionios, not yet fully merged. When it's zoomed out, you can see the (presumably titan) hand that's present on Aionios.

Ok, here's what I see: -Alvis is wearing his regular XC1 attire, and is in the same pose as when Shulk last saw him, he's holding the original Monado, not the unshackled Monado, Zanza's Monado, Meyneth's Monado or Monado 3, his wings ressemble Zanza's but are more ornate. -Shulk is holding Monado REX+ with the Hilbert Effect module activated, still has the arm and his hair isn't long so he's not the mentor yet; given the timeline he should be 30 here. -Rex is dual-weilding Pyra and Mythra's Aegises, no eyepatch so he's not the mentor yet; he should be 26. -Alvis' expression looks vacant, Black Fog surrounds him. -Map shows Raguel Bridge but many other Gaur Plains features are absent, to the left we can see either Bionis Shoulder or Colony 6, to the right is either a desert or a tundra, in the distance we can see Mor Ardain's hand. -"Fei" has an Agnian iris and MAY also have a Kevesi iris (Blue glow on right eye area), no Lucky 7, Ouroboros looks like Mio's.

It's already confirmed to be Torna sized or possibly even larger directly from Takahashi himself (it's indeed a full game 20 hours as the minimum and possibly around 35 hours if they go crazy). Like Torna it'll also get a physical release when it drops later in the year.
