Xenoblade Chronicles but every time they say Monado it gets faster

Technically Windows Movie Maker has a 64x speed limit so right around Makna Forest I left it at 64x and saved it, then reimported it. Then I figured out roughly where it would be 128x, clipped the video, and doubled the speed there. I did that for the rest of the video and it ends at 4096 times normal speed but if I actually could have edited it the way I was doing it would have ended around 292000 times normal speed.

For those curious, every Monado increases speed by 5 percent. Or to put it another way, Speed=1.05^X, where X is the number of times Monado has been said.

I genuinely don't remember the second Monado art you start with, however I'm pretty sure the only one he specifically mentions the Monado in is Buster, and at the end of the battle, he can also say "The power of the Monado...

The wonderful thing about an exponential curve is just how fast it blows up. Assuming 257 mentions (from log_1.05(292000) = 257.9) and assuming they're uniformly distributed over the 10 hours (2.3 minutes between Monados), it should take 22 minutes to reach 2x speed, another 11 minutes to reach 4x, another 5.5 minutes to reach 8x, etc. Proceeding in this manner, you will reach a vertical asymptote at 46.6 minutes, and the distance between Monados will be less than 0.00048 seconds. Math, bitches!

I only ever got as far as Sword Valley and possibly the 1st area on the Mechonis on the 3DS version and as far as Melia's city on the Wii version. I saw Sword Valley's title card in those last 10 seconds. There's a whole other titan to explore aaaand it's gone in 5 seconds. But this is just cutscenes and no gameplay. I assume the 2nd half of the game would have lasted a lot more than 10 seconds if this was an average time full playthrough.

Hesusio Um.... Riki not want to be rude, but have you played the game? Riki has several very serious scenes in the story (especially on the Fallen Arm). Riki is often played for laughs but is shown to be an excellent father (albeit poor husband according to his debts and Oka's words) and incredably supportive of everyone erlse in the party. In a lot of waus he's similar to Reyn, as both are played for comic relief while having very serious moments in the story, just one is homs and the other is Nopon, having each races quirks. Not trying to say your opinion is wrong Riki just doesn't get it.
