Xenoverse 2 Cast Characters Suck, so I Fixed Them

I know it's been a while since I've released a new add-on but fret not, I haven't been doing nothing. For the past few weeks I've been working on an add-on named "Gameplay Enhancer", what this does is it takes the cast characters, and adds a bunch of competitive skills onto them, making ANY CHARACTER VIABLE anywhere.
Here's a summary of some of the changes-
1: ALL Cast Characters now have at MINIMUM Maximum, Burst or Ultimate Charge.
2: Various what would normally be unplayable costume transformations are now usable. E.G. Super Saiyan Whis Symbol Goku and Vegeta, SS2 Namek Goku & Super Saiyan Scouter Vegeta
3- EVERY single character has had their skillset tweaked and improved to be competitive in ANY content, no more nonsense like no-charge ups and more characters have actual ways to defend themselves.
4: Characters stand out way more and are a hell of a lot more unique. E.G. God Goku now has 10x Kamehameha, SS2 Vegito, Xeno Bardock, Hakai Blue Goku
5: NPC's like Villainous XV1 Variants, Bosses and Apes all have had balance changes to their skillset.
6: Supervillains are now a HUGE threat with access to raid boss attacks. E.G. Marbling Drop and Brainwash Attack

I agree, the Mentor system is good in theory, but in execution, it leaves a lot to be desired.

I don't understand the use of science vanish and warp as evasives, why can't you improve the evasives instead of switching them for moves that make no sense on them?

I think he means giving them better evasives that aren't Science Vanish and Warp. For example, UI Goku's Instant Rise is faster and costs less stamina to use, or maybe Armoured Boost for quick getaways.

⁠ @thetopwarden he’s basically saying to make an entirely new evasive that fits the cast character itself or a much improved evolved version of the evasive they already have by default. Hell you could take a page off what they’ve done in the anime & go from there & inspire it off that. All you did was replace them with already existing & out of character evasives.

I feel these changes are cool but personally (maybe some will agree with me) the moves chars should have in xenoverse should be stuff they used in their shows or movies. I always felt xenoverse cast chars had the most random moves that dont fit the char. and some of these changes you made feel like this. God goku having 10x kamehame is cool but i think there was better options for moves looking at all of god gokus fights. Anyways, i think giving everyone a charge is a werid pick. Some chars benefit from charges while others dont need it. I think some chars not having a charge is neat since it opens up a free move slot and makes them feel more different from the other cast

Look, I dunno what others say. But the fact you managed to do all of this and make it work so incredibly well is just PHENOMENAL. Maybe you should do a Video on you showcasing some Characters in like, Parallel Quests. Just a Note: SS4 Gogeta had Afterimage Strike, not Charged Ki Wave

This is pretty neat tbh there are things that a i desagree mainly giving characters mailing drop and brain Washing attacks mainly becouse those moves can break the game sometimes but other thigs such as Blue Gogeta where i think giving his Kaioken variation Super Kamehameha, Meteor explosion, Comet Strike and Kaioken Kamehameha would make more sense as the comunity heavily request blue gogeta with blue gogeta move, about the evasives sciece and warp evasion does not really work u could use instant rise with is a good and well ballance evasive and on characters such as MUI, Jiren, Gogeta makes more sense as those characters are well known to blitz people Ssj4 Gogeta could get moves such as impact flores becouse its something he does in the anime and even meditation instead of a charge move and if u option giving him power rush would prob make sense but gogetas ult are fine Baby prob should keep as his moves but get a better ult instead of full power energy wave i personaly would give him final flash but super galick gun is the move he uses in the anime Xeno Bardock, instead of salva blade u should give him justice blade and instead of spirit steb u should give him super explosive wave. Jiren instead of power impact i think giving him justice kick would be fair since he does do a spim kick in the anime Ssjg Goku i think instead of super ki explosion u should have keep his super Kamehameha the dragon fist was a nice add tho Ssj4 Goku prob deserves super explosion wave and perfect Kamehameha since it looks a lot like the frist x10 Orange picolo that super explosive wave should have been special beam like goddamn bandai Z Gogeta the preset where u put DBS Gogeta moves should have been a Vegito preser Vegito should have a Z Gogeta preset MUI instead of soaring fist should have punisher drive I think the changes are pretty neat some i would like to see are Ssb Vegeta getting final flash and spirit steb or spirit sword and raid blast Ssb Vegito Kaioken DBZ Broly should get gigantic charge and gigantic roar DBS Broly should get Brutal Buster and blaster stream or final shine Ui instead of Super Kamehameha give him Warp Kamehameha Cell Saga Picolo should have Light Granade ult Its a really cool add on i hope to see more updates of it

1:02 it makes sense for god goku to have dragon fist because in the anime version of the battle of gods arc, at one point in the battle, goku and beerus were charging up at the same time and a dragon flew out of their aura and powered them up even more! its not the same thing but its great so see, idk wby base game god goku dosent have dragon fist.

To be perfectly honest many of these problems on these characters that you listed could be easily fixed if they just made us be able to choose those outfits in the customisation options. Also the use of warp and science vanish with a very weird choice and doesn't fit those characters.

I don't quite understand the purpose of this pack. On one hand you're saying you want to give them competitive skills which seems to imply this is intended for fighting your friends with. On the other hand, you're giving all the characters charge skills, which can only safely be used in PQs inbetween enemy spawns, never in PVP.

This might not be the greatest suggestion in the world but I’ve been thinking about this for some time. Do you think you could possibly make a spirit bomb v2?(the super, not the ultimate) What I mean by that is if you could have the move have better tracking, take less time to charge and possibly, cancel the spirit bomb by guarding to save it for later, similar to fierce fist and crush cannon. If you found this suggestion interesting, please get back to me whenever you see this comment, or let me know if there’s someone who might be able to do this if you aren’t able to. Thank you.

Why did you just stick Science Vanish on Gogeta 4, Jiren, and Vegeta 4, it doesn't fit any of them, Vegeta and Gogeta were fine and Jiren could've just gotten Explosive Wave. That and the fact LITERALLY everything else you gave to Gogeta 4 as if his custom didn't already give him it, not every character needs to have a charge besides the fact Burst Charge is the only one you can use in an actual match without getting creamed before the end lag is done, most of these edits are so braindead to me, like you changed stuff because you felt like it rather than it actually needing to be changed.

I think instant rise and hyper movement would be a better evasive for vegeta and goku n others. Science vanish just doesnt fit for the type of character they are. For example Bardock with blade moves wouldnt fit him since his character is more hand to hand combat

Super Kaioken is a actual transformation, it messes up the character texture and animations, would prob make Gogeta all Black or he would fall to the ground or crash the game

i believe that chares are not usefull in pvp to i mostly use utility moves like counters or afterimage in their place, but is a fucking dragon ball game so why tf dont we have a universal charge comand for it, for example presing the vanish and ki blast button at the same ime to charge ki

just curious, why is it necessary for every single character & preset to have a charge move? unless you're using burst charge, the only time charge moves are actually useful are only in parallel quests and even that's only when you're not really in combat

In Dragon Ball games, charging up I feel is a necessary part of the game, and characters like for example SS4 Gogeta not having the ability to do so, really doesn’t make sense.

@@darkgenicssome characters have *extremely* low ki gain when hitting enemies. Any character that has a transformation gets a detrimental ki gain compared to their base forms so having a charge would be easier on some characters.

@@darkgenicsexamples are the normal super saiyan transformation. SS1 has a 50% reduction to ki gain outside of charging SS2 has 100% reduction and SS3 has a staggering 300% ki reduction.
