The large drill bit you used is for brick or masonry. A wood drill bit gives less splinters on the inside and you don't have to push as hard and it will not smoke/burn so much. But it turned out really nice if I forget the long bolts creation😁💪🏽

Great the only difference I would do Is have the bracket at a slight angle. Only a couple of mm so the wheels are slightly wider at the bottom to the top. How do these wheels handle beach sand (with engine mounted, so extra weight)? Any experience with the curved Brocraft struts vs. these straight ones?
@ErickMartinSucre3 жыл бұрын
Yes in regards to the wheels on the sand. I camp often on islands, and the best way to deploy them is to empty the boat as much as possible. Usually, I unload my camping gear before I deeply them, and the roll the boat on the sand. It is quite easy when the boat is unloaded with just hej motor and gas tank in it. As for the curved ones, I have seen some viewers use it and it is pretty much the same, they just curved. The curved once work great on smaller transoms, as where the straight ones work better on larger transoms but in the end, they do the same job.

That happenned to me on the BB290. I installed them too close and the 6hp was having hard time turning to the right. The tiller kept hitting the wheels.
