Thank you @Bullseyemoney. Very helpful some someone like me who is new to Xero and organising pay runs. I have a question. I forgot to adjust the previous pay run which meant I over paid two staff last week. One person I needed to add a "leave without pay" and another didn't have enough sick leave. Do I just add the leave under PAYROLL>LEAVE and then run an unscheduled pay run? Does that reduce their pay next pay run? I want to cry!!!

@Bullseyemoney I did as well and just realise after I paid people. Do I just talk to them and add their Leave without Pay into next pay run. That means I've over paid now and next they get less? confused

Hi, I had a same issue with the payroll as I forgot to put through a employee sick leave in the pay run that I already filed. I made an unscheduled run but I made a mistake by not removing the earnings, deductions and so on which made a big mess again. So, now I have to make a third adjustment by making an unscheduled payment again. So, in this run can I do it same as you taught in the video. Will it balance all two previous pay run. By the way, thank you so much for uploading such informative videos. It's been a big help to me where I am new in using Xero.
