Hi. I am importing a chart of accounts - its grabbed the account and has imported them, however its not imported any of the balances, even though I have selected the yes button for balances. We only have one currency AED on there. Any ideas?

Did you use Xero's recommended template? This is your best option to importing correctly.

Why would you add a new account ?

As there could be something you wish to account for but there may not be a relevant account in the default chart of accounts on Xero. Thanks for watching.
