Hello, I configured everything exactly as in the video and the scan to email app still does not work. The same configuration works on HP printers without problems. Does anyone have an idea what could be going on?

If you tried everything in the video and it still doesn't work, I could only guess it may be firmware related..... Unfortunate that's about all I could get at the moment. My only recommendation is to have an authorized Xerox service tech come on site to further troubleshoot your machine and system

@@pablodemartini6318 Doesn't seem right.....I would need to trouble shoot hands on and see what is blocking it. At this point it can my many different factors causing it.....Could also have something to do with control board, internet modem/router......the list goes on and on.....call a service tech. might not be worth your time to keep trouble shooting on your own.

What do you do if you don't have the Passkey option on your Google Account. Do I need to do something in Google Admin?

if you don't have a pass key you will need to use your email name and password as you would logging in to gmail. this is the old method and not sure it will work anymore unless you purchased gmail suite. also, if you are not using a passkey don't forget to turn on "allow less secure apps" in security settings otherwise it won't work.

It didn't work for me - I tried changing the port as another user recommended in the comments but that didn't work either...

might need to update firmware on your copier. if this doesn't work, might be your modem/router blocking outgoing data

Oftent times on newer models the Xerox administrator password is the serial number. all CAPS.

HELP! My other phone died. I am at the office and the scanner is not working NOW. It happened before when they changed it and your awesome video helped me out. When I get to the 2 step verification page it does not say App Password anymore. Just Password. I tried changing the password but nothing. Did G-Mail change something again ? Appreciate any suggestions !
