Xi’an is the ancient capital of 13 different dynasties, including the two golden ages the Han and Tang dynasties. Luoyang is the other ancient capital also of 13 dynasties. Ancient capitals include Guangzhou (Nanyue Kingdom 南越古國founded by Zhao Tuo 趙佗,a general from the Qin Dynasty, which also started the 1000 year rule of Vietnam till the Tang Dynasty), Hangzhou, Kaifeng, Nanjing, and now Beijing. Handan 邯鄲 was another ancient capital.

洛阳Luoyang in Henan province, Luoyang is the city with the most dynasties as capitals in Chinese history, as well as the earliest capital and longest capital history. The Chinese call China as 中国 (central kingdom), and the earliest 中国 refers to the Luoyang area. By the way, Kyoto in Japan was built based on the Tang Dynasty capital Chang'an (Xi'an) and Luoyang. Due to geographical reasons, only the Luoyang half was built, so the nickname of Kyoto in Japan is 洛陽 (洛阳).Henan Province is the birthplace of Chinese culture. Henan Province occupies four of the eight ancient capitals of China: Luoyang, Kaifeng, Anyang, and Zhengzhou.@@TheFuronghua

You need to place an order on the Didi app at an intersection where you can park (because parking is prohibited at some intersections), otherwise the driver will not be able to go there.

Didi generally doesn't want to go to the train station because it's easy to get stuck in traffic. Just go to the train station and take a taxi.
@forzajs36683 ай бұрын
For catching the train during the busy off-duty time, the reserved time is really a little less. I'm really worried that I won't be able to catch the train, but I'm finally relieved after seeing the trailer of the next episode of the film. Looking forward to the next video!❤
I would like to know the total cost of your trip in china, i planning mine too. I just want some references. Thanks.
@travelshorts2 ай бұрын
It would be different for all situations but for our 23 days the total was between £10000 and £12000, this includes everything flights, hotels, attractions, food, etc. you could easily spend less than half that if you are on a budget, probably even a third. I do plan on doing a full “what did it cost” video in the future once the series has finished.
@tuobaliuyun0113 ай бұрын
Actually, you can go to Chengdu first. . Because it is closer to Xi 'an. . Then go to Guilin, finally go to Shanghai, and then fly to Guangzhou. I recently took the high-speed train to Hong Kong. Maybe you can refer to it next time.

Thank You so much for sharing your China travel vlogs with us. One friendly suggestions though is when ever you come to a plaque outside the building or monument , please stop a couple seconds and take a good shot of the plaque so that we can pause the video and read to see what is says. Like the one in this video at 26:30 , we can read something about the Japanese diplomatic mission, but can't read the right side half of it for you moved away so quickly. Thanks a bunch ! Please keep up your good work.

Yikes 😧 7 cancellations I’d be panicking big time!!!! Are you able get airport via metro or taxi instead didi?
The taxi issue was because that where you stayed was too close to the train station, normally it's very easy and cheaper to take the metro to go to the train station(3 or 4 stops). So the Didi drivers think it's not worthy to drive that “short” distance. But anyway, you made it and congrats!
