Hi foreign Muslim friends, please remember this 2 Chinese letters "清真" which means Halal food, that they all have the green color. If you are not sure if the food is Halal or not, please copy this "清真" on your phone and show them to your interested restaurant. Because in some area of China, the Muslim people are not wearing as the majority stereotype, so you can not distinguish Halal or non Halal food by hijab and white hat. By the way, Xi`an has the most ancient Mosque in China which is still older than most Mosque all around the word, because the Chinese had 2-way trade with "Da Shi (大食国, tranlation directly from the pronounce 'Tazi' by Farsi, which is the first unique Arab Empire also named Caliphate)" 1200 years ago in Tang Dinasty.

Xian first became the capital in 1046 BC (West-Zhou dynasty). About the first emperor: his family name was "Ying", his first name was "Zheng". The potato-like thing is called LiangFen. It is made of pea starch. It is usually eaten with spices in summer. It is not common to bake it on an iron plate.Enjoy travel！
