豬腩肉 220g Pork Belly
生抽 1tsp Soy Sauce
雞粉 1/2tsp Chicken Powder
糖 1/2tsp Sugar
粟粉 2tsp Corn Starch
麻油 1tsp Sesame Oil
蛋白 30g Egg White
水 15ml Water
鹹蛋黃 1 Salted Egg Yolk
一碟份量 Serve 2
豬腩肉 220g Pork Belly
生抽 1tsp Soy Sauce
雞粉 1/2tsp Chicken Powder
糖 1/2tsp Sugar
粟粉 2tsp Corn Starch
麻油 1tsp Sesame Oil
蛋白 30g Egg White
水 15ml Water
鹹蛋黃 1 Salted Egg Yolk
1.豬肉切粒剁碎
2.加入糖、雞粉、麻油、生抽、蛋白、粟粉及水後攪拌及撻打
3.放入器皿後掃平,中間加入鹹蛋黃,大火蒸13分鐘即成
