Thank you so much! Ive seen other videos like this one but did not understand how to connect the wires plus the videos were a bit too speedy for me, a woman who has no idea of wires. But you talked slowly and showed everything i managed to start my vacuum. Thank you million!

You are amazing. After I contacted the company. They recommend me to change the laser part. I almost spend $100 to buy a new laser part if I had not found your video. Thank you so much.

Kudos, it did the trick. I also added a drop of machine oil to the axle before applying the voltage - I guess the engine must be stuck due to the old lubrication wearing out.

Working for me. Just clean the durst around the motor and give a little bost with a old usb cable on computer. And the motor will restore the rotating.

It worked for me with a faster solution. Just disconnect the red/black cable; start roborock with this setting; Connect the red/black cable; start roborock again and it worked :) But thanks :P

Hello, do we know the root cause why it stop working? I know this workaround but last time it is working only for few days and I have to do it again.. (it is annoying). Maybe time to replace whole module..
@stiletas5 жыл бұрын
Well, it worked for 5 minutes and stopped again. I wonder what is the root of this issue.

Same here! Did you found out what was going on?
@totaltech-allaboutgadgetsa97325 жыл бұрын
It's working fine for me since I repaired it. Just try and do the same once again and keep the LDS motor running for about a minute before you fix back in roborock.
@stiletas5 жыл бұрын
@@MrFredi_ yes, I did it few times, every time increasing the the amount of time running from the USB, but it stooped anyway. What I did then, took the engine apart as much as possible and cleaned the metal rod that comes from the actual engine and used a drop of good oil (for my WAHL hair cutter) on it and ran again from usb for about the minute. Since then (touch the wood) it is running fine.

@BigBadaBing5 жыл бұрын
It doesnt do the job for long and as you can see the vacumm bumps into obstacles. With working laser it doesnt do that.
@totaltech-allaboutgadgetsa97325 жыл бұрын
Try this repair process again and order LDS motor if it doesn't work after the repair. But it should work ideally.
