A way to incorporate the crafting table into the sheep task would be to use iron nuggets. So that you have to pick up 18 iron nuggets from the barrel, run over to the crafting table, make 2 iron ingots, then craft some shears.

The way you built the sheep task is really cool! I think it would also be quite cool to get a specific colour of wool from the sheep for the task but you nametag all the sheep jeb_ so they are all rainbow and you cannot tell which sheep is what colour. Hopefully, that made sense. This can make it a little more time-consuming and fun. For example you out 3 white sheep and one red sheep into the system and name tag them all jeb_. When you shear any one of them they will drop their original colour. And the goal is for example to get the red wool from the sheep but you don't know which one is red. Sort of like a literal imposter sheep amongst the other white sheep. Hope this idea helps!! Like so Xisuma could potentially implement this if you guys like it as well

If you’re now using fabric I can highly recommend getting sodium, lithium and phosphor to improve performance, I found it worked better than optifine on my PC.

As for the part when you had to craft the sheers, you could put iron nuggets inside the barrel so they must craft them into iron bars to make the sheers. That could be a way of moving inside the room.

I think maybe the rest of you hermits might should grab some torches and tridents, go up to Impulse's door, and politely request he put off switches on all the farms he's crammed into his base. Or nudge him to do so in private. There's so many items flying about and sitting in-world that I'm convinced it's a big part of the increasingly terrible performance around the shopping district, and he and probably a lot of viewers could use a reminder/lesson in being considerate to one's server mates. The oxymoron of a very polite mob with torches and "pitchforks" would give it a softer, humorous spin.

The pifferfish sign is quite scary, but will definitely bring the hermits into your shop. Since it's at the very back of Aque Town, not many Hermits would see it, but the pufferfush fixes that problem

For the Fish Shop in Aque, there's a lottttt of unused space inside the back of the shop. Maybe you could make a small apartment there? It could look like a shophouse and the entrance could be in the shop itself. (There could also be multiple apartments and maybe you can rent them out to other hermits) On the top maybe an aquarium, or like a seafood? shop on the top of the shop.

I have seen in other hermits videos random patches of zombies that are picking up items and then never despawning. That could be an issue under the areas around the shopping district that are not actually in the mushroom island. Traps aside there are lot's of unlit caves all around the shopping district. I opened a backup of my world and went in spectator mode to find the cause of my bad lag. I found a cave under my base that had more zombies then the spawn limit. I used lava to clear the cave. They all had bones, string, arrows, rotten flesh and even gunpowder. My fps went back to the normal around 300 to 400 fps. the zombies were just of of range for sounds to be heard from above ground or down in the my mine below. It's an idea with cam accounts to go and check and it's not cheating it lag busting!
