it is possible. using topology optimized metal (titanium or aluminum lithium?) 3d printed parts, carbon nanotube reinforced polymer, transparent alon ceramic as windows, ceramic composite armor, igbt variable frequency drive-controlled (vvvf) 3d printed liquid cooled induction electric motors with regenerative braking and redundant carbon carbon brake discs with topology optimized titanium 3d printed brake calipers with carbon carbon pads like the ones tested by bugatti and digital rotary encoders, adaptive led headlights, a pair of gas turbines with titanium 3d printed parts, ceramic matrix composite and high temperature resistant turbine blades, and carbon fiber fuel tanks. it would have lidar, phased array radar and cameras with artificial intelligence to keep the pilot aware of the mecha's surroundings. the pilot would be in a capsule separate from the rest of the mecha, with something like a heads up display, transparent touchscreen oled panels with mechanical switch backup and a joystick for control, or a vr headset with vr gloves with a mechanical digital or analog (analog may drift) joystick and microled panels as backup. the capsule would have its own batteries in a puncture resistant compartment (only necessary if li ion batteries are used) and would communicate with the mecha and receive its power from the mecha wirelessly, using something like the qi charging standard. it would also have its own escape system similar to the escape system present in the crew dragon capsule, complete with parachutes, retrorockets for landing, 8 hypergolic or hybrid rocket engines, and explosive bolts for separating itself from the mecha. it would have an air conditioning system with filtration and use aerogel blankets as insulation. small mecha could fly on their flown using jetpacks. large mecha would need something like hybrid rockets or something along those lines. everything would be controlled by computers running linux, using ecc ram and risc v, x86 and arm processors with triple redundancy and voting, similarly to the falcon 9 and crew dragon

I'm going to miss Odaiba. There was a lot of cool museums there, and then a center point of Gundam fandom. I recall there was a Toyota showroom, I think also maybe Mitsubishi as well. Plenty of smaller attractions to take a look at around the island. There were also a lot of Virtual Reality, I guess you could call them "arcades" over there as well, they were springing up when I was there. Overall the place was fairly chill with a lot to see. Although the place is pretty cash heavy. You should probably show up with some extra funds saved up for more than just the train rides.

Ulquiorra schiffer for it to be developed into that in our time line will be impossible. At best what they are doing is for medical use. They have experienced war far before the American continent was discovered... and as unique to their race and culture they did learn that war brings unwanted consequences. If they ever militarized it it would be for needed purposes because as of now, the U.S will certainly not come to their aid and cannot afford to either against China and North Korea. The other Asian countries support them. In such a retrograde and violent world, I don't see why a country should not be allowed to defend itself.

This is why the Japanese are so cool. Rather than use their time plotting to take advantage of others they spend their time with neat stuff like this! I'd love to visit this place just once..
The only way I see it possible for real, mobile high quality, expansive and armed gundams being created for military use for nations. Is only if you make the top world leaders, and countries like Spain, America, Europe, The Illuminati, Russia, China and all the above watch a bunch of Gundam series. And their military generals and scientists. And if they all love the idea of having Gundams, than it's a 100% chance out world would have a new and more deadly way of fighting. Cooler and more awesome. But the destruction would probably crazy. With out current technology I can only see missiles, firing bullets and huge blades, or lances with gundams and shields. But we aren't intelligent robing yet to create long lasting beams to have sabers, or shoot off large lazors. Not yet at this point in time at least. In any case. The possibility of that happening is extremely slim. Slim to just fantasy. But it does not hurt to have a fun imagination and to give out ones own idea.
@hyonnj956310 жыл бұрын
haha, having real gundams would be pretty cool. Too bad it is impossible to make one with our current technology and resources, even if we bring about all the elite scientists/engineerings. Though I must correct you, we are actually not that far off from shooting laser beams. We already have laser cutters, these are essentially mini laser beams. If we can make the individual beam intensity high enough, by combining multiple beams, it can actually do quite a bit of damage. Also at that stage the combined laser beam would be so intense that it would not only be extremely hot, it will actually generate force. I would expect the leading countries in the military department such as US, Russia, China to come out with some sort of weaponry involving the use of lasers soon. It probably won't be portable though.. considering the amount of power required.

Edward Kenway I did read that. if you can imagine it you can make it. This is a lesson to not give up on dreams. This is exactly how a plane or the beginnings of a plane would have looked like in the beginning of it's time. Turbines just turning or flying for 15 secs. Go watch the old videos if any remain. As with all innovations and inventions it takes TIME, polishing, processing and perfecting. Nothing pops out like new and complete. These will be real in the future, depends on the funding. And there would be plenty of interest if this is in the specs of reality. As there was interest for flight. We made it possible. As we made photography possible. As we made motion picture possible. As we made sound reproduction possible, as we unfortunately have made any possible way of killing possible. This will come to be. I just pray, it is used for what Gundam was created to be for. To end War. To end the ridiculous economic and business method of today.
