Pretty easy compared to FWD cars with the motor in sideways. I worked on one car where I had to remove the entire intake manifold to get to the coils and plugs. Get the right tools and take your time and it is a breeze. A swivel magnetic spark plug socket and extension (usually sold as one piece) and those 90 degree needle nose pliers and go. It should be a good time to clean the mass air flow senors and the throttle bodies. Special cleaner for each at all auto parts store. I did a, EX35 with 144,000 miles and it sure ran much better when I was done. The dealer gets 2 hours so that's $250 or so just in labor that you save plus the parts are about 50% less expensive. Great video!

Oh yeah, a Ford Explorer if you have to remove the spark plugs or the coil pack, you have to split the intake in half or remove it all together. The video was great. I know in my mind that work is actually not six minutes more like six hours but at least it is not doing this spark plugs on a front wheel drive v6 SUV for sure.
