Regarding the watch order, y'all are all wrong. Look at the titles and watch in the same order as the light novels. That means that the movie comes before endless 8.

I prefer the Japanese dub. But Crispin Freeman was excellent. Like, seriously. Tomokazu Sugita made kyon sound sassier and more sarcastic/cynical, but Freeman came out friendlier, without losing much of the sass.
