It looks like he just plays a lot. He might have a high risk high reward playstyle so a lot of his rounds won’t make it to youtube. He probably thinks what he could’ve done better after each death paired with good game sense and map knowledge.

Situational awareness, "Attention to the map", common map knowledge, enemy/weakspot knowledge & good pair of headphones. A large 4K screen also might be useful.
