BBI. Thanks for putting the info out. Very interesting as usual. I finally got it thru my head that the power has to be available for an amp to reach max potential. Since your vids discussing the batteries and super caps I have reworked my mobile and with the same exact equipment I get much better signal reports. My amp is sailing along happy as hell. I had pole vent noise on a couple of subs I had inverted. I hot glued a piece of black 1/4 inch felt over the top of the motors and it stopped the noise and retained the cooling capability for the voice coils. I have downgraded over the years in stereo size mainly because of vehicle type and usability. Currently running two 12's on 8k and a 1k for mids and highs, a 2 pill driver and straight 8.

Consider that when the sub is near resonance and or box tuning. The amp draw goes down because the subwoofer is at it's most efficient. Just look at the long bass note at the end of the audio clip. The Fs and box tuning being spot on is very cool thing when it happens. 🙂👍 Clipping is not.

2 xs batteries in my powerstroke. This is set 2. Less than 12months on them. Turn key today.... nothing. My truck has factory dual alternators. No amps ect. I hav 1 100 watt ham rig in it that's it. Xs dissapoints.

I have two of the xmax 90, i have not installed yet.. xs power told me a max of 400 amps charge. i have two 400 mech man alts..they told me that is to much for one battery. so i bought two of them that way to charge amps are not to much. The sticker on the box rates max 400 charge amps, on the phone they told me 540.

I bought my business partners truck when he passed away from the family and then she drove it for like 2 years and then I ended up buying her a truck that she wanted and I took that truck over and then it got totaled and then I bought my dually that I have now.
