In this very rare footage from 1981 we see Tim discuss the following:

This footage was originally found discarded in a skip and was restored to the footage you are now seeing. Small snippets of the footage were used for promotional footage but the full tape was never released to the public. This is a fascinating insight into Tim's personality, interview technique and of course it's full of interesting answers and opinions regarding various things.

Go ahead, name a few movies that he's in and ask your friend/mom/roomate what his name is. I'll never forget Rocky Horror, Annie, Legend, IT or Muppet Treasure Island... One, you can tell how tired he is. Two, you can tell he’s so sick of rocky horror and talking about it obviously it’s a great movie but he’s done so much more. Thank you so much for posting. I seriously love this. I was so, so obsessed with Tim for years. I believed that when I turned 19, the stars would align and I'd meet him and marry him. We'd have a daughter named Coconutte. (coconutte curry..I was stupid.) Sadly, almost 10 years after when I was supposed to marry him it's yet to happen :( Not giving up hope though! Anyway, I still adore him and am just now finding everything I can on youtube of him. This is adorable. LOVE his American imitation!

Not exactly. It was after it had become a midnight show phenom in NY and he had an opportunity to go see what was happening but the show was sold out. They convinced the manager to let them in, but the manager wasn't convinced and watched them because she didn't really believe it was him and thought she was being played. After some amount of time she decided he was an imposter at which point Curry proved his identity with his passport.

when I wasn't familiar with Tim curry, I thought he was an overrated actor and not very attractive, but I just saw Rocky Horror Picture Show and a bunch more of his work, but just his attitude and charisma alone show how talented, suave and attractive he really is!!
