I HAVE A AWESOME TIP 😁. I purchased a round turn table, I use it to paint all my projects. Instead of touching whatever I’m painting, I can just spin the turn table and keep spraying paint, or brushing. It’s so helpful. Bought mine at yard sale for $2.00

@@DJoy222 Have you tried the Salvation Army? They usually have a great selection of baskets and wood items. 😰 The glass is ridiculous😉

@@londonthompson9730 I need to research if there are any close to where we live now in NC. All that I've seen near me (or found online) are GFCs and they are not the greatest. One small wall of home goods in the back (and the selection is poor) and the clothing is by color and not type so you can't find anything easily, no textiles nicely displayed, only piled up in pallets that make you icky to think of going through etc. 😬

@@DJoy222 I'm in NC too! If you happen to be around Wilson, there's a place called the Rummage Warehouse that has great odds and ends and a wonderful selection of furniture. Not too many/good clothes though.

My daughter lives in San Antonio and we haven’t had good success with the thrift stores there. But Austin has fantastic Goodwills! Great flips as always!!

I think with the exception of a few investment dishes I bought all mine from the dollar store or thrift stores. I get all white, and look for unique styles. I will try to go to a thrift store/local first.

Wow, McKenna...ANOTHER GORGEOUS HANGING LIGHT! I LOVE IT! The round tray thing with handles turned out BEAUTIFULLY! Great design! Hanging it against brick/stone was a good idea. Love the yarn & bead tassel! Excellent addition to it! BTW, those tray things are made to hold casserole dishes. It eliminates the need for a trivet or pot holder under the dish, helps hold it still while serving, is much easier to carry a hot dish from counter to table, PLUS it just LOOKS FANCIER! 😃 Great job on THAT flip, too! (I hope you got those slide carousel trays to teach your friends how to make lamps!) The jewelry holder turned out very nicely!!

Oh my god I live in San Antonio and am a thrift queen!! Highly recommend hitting up the shops on west avenue (roy maas youth alternatives, salvation army, assistance league thrift house, family thrift) theyre so close and mostly support small nonprofits with very unique stuff i don't find at the big stores
