No is not, you confused cobra with kvourch manouver, not all planes can perform this manouver. The cobra is when a plane goes up like a cobra, and the other one is when a plane spin

There’s one issue not with the video but with the top gun maverick film ending it’s that the firing pilot never got any warning for missile lock before getting hit that’s not possible as the system would alert him to missile lock giving him time to evade or launch flares etc
