Your seminars are fantastic, thank you so much. I wish you got more views. I remember seeing several of them years ago when my marriage was falling apart. I tried to stick it through but it takes two to tango in a marriage; one person can't be doing all the work. Anyhow, point being, worry and anxiety have put me into therapy and on medication. I agree with you wholeheartedly that we have control of it. Be assertive. If you have a problem, find a solution. For example, the worry and anxiety that I've had recently were because I was in an abusive relationship (physically and emotionally). It's put me into therapy and on medication. Instead of putting up with it any longer, I got out of it. Even though he was aweful to me, I've still prayed for him and I have prayed more after getting out of it more than I have in my life, because I have a lot to appreciate about life. And you've helped me remind myself about that. Thank you.

Take some time to get out of the world and loose the cares of the world from your thoughts and replace it with the word of God, preferably the uplifting promises, then worship Him for who He is and what He's done and promises to do, thank Him. $90 please
