Join us from the second park of our June USA road trip, as we check out Kings Island for the first ever time! This stunning park is part of the Six Flags Entertainment Corporation, and is located in Mason, Ohio. Kings Island is home to fifteen roller coasters, a selection of flat rides, delicious food options, and much more, and it was definitely a highlight of our trip. We had such an epic day getting on many bucket list rides, including the likes of The Beast, Orion, Mystic Timbers, Diamondback, The Racer, and many more. We also had the perfect ending to our visit, managing a famous night ride on The Beast in the complete pitch black!

The Beast at the night is some experience 😂 It’s always great to chat to the locals, they’ve got so much pride in their parks and always love chatting to us Brits from my experience.

My mom worked at Kings Island during the summers of 1973 and '74. She was on the crew for The Racer and The Monster. They had a "puke book" for The Monster, lol. My first roller coaster when I was a kid was The Beastie which they now call Woodstock Express. I've been to KI a number of times over the years but haven't been for quite some time now. The last time I went I did get to ride Son of Beast when it had the loop. The Vortex was always a classic even if rough. RIP

I live in Georgia. I've been to Disney and Universal but operations at Kings Island getting on rides quickly without a speed pass is insane. It may say 30 minutes you may get on in 10 to 15 minutes. Their multi- coaster system is the best. I am glad you two enjoyed it. I'll be there Labor day weekend.

Yessss so glad you got the fully KI experience. I went last year on a road trip and got the Beast at night - insane ride so out of control. I liked that KI has a very well-rounded coaster line-up (missing a true launched coaster perhaps) and feels very manageable to get around.

Awesome vlog guys !! I’d love to visit here one day knowing that it used to be owned by Paramount and the Backlot Stunt Coaster used to be themed to The Italian Job 👌🏻👌🏻 also some other world famous coasters here

Glad you enjoyed The Bat. it's a weird ride, from a critically endangered species, yet Ohio has two of them. Especially compared to the standard of an Arrow swinging coaster set for you a few days before by Iron Dragon, it's a huge, dramatic upgrade from meandering to aggressive. Although you probably already read this history, it's the second Arrow suspended coaster called The Bat to be at the park. The first The Bat was even wilder, because it was a prototype and also only lasted a few years.

Believe it or not, when The Bat (Top Gun) opened the line did stretch out through that entire queue area.

Glad you guys enjoyed your visit. Kings Island is our home park. The Woodstock Express Coaster used to be named the " Beastie," a Kiddie version of the Beast. The name was changed when the park became part of the larger corporations. Great Video guys!

Another top park, plenty of coasters. I remember a black octopuss ride at Blackpool. Don't American parks serve healthy food. No chance of your 5 a day.
