@Violet ♡ I am having the same problem if you draw a lot on the go , feel, and light Weight is something you care about or don’t care about a smaller screen maybe get the innovator but if you want a big drawing surface , good adjustability, and more shortcuts get the 22r I also heard the innovator may be easy to damage if that helps I think I want to get the 22r because 16in is already hard to fit in a bag and I like a big drawing surface you also can’t miss what you didn’t have and if doesn’t work out you can return it I hope this helped no one was done a real comparison between them:(

I bought an XP-Pen Innovator in late 2020. It's dead already. What's more, I used it for 3 months over the Summer of 20/21 and then put it aside due to other work. I returned to reuse it about two months ago. It was just out of warranty & it started glitching and failing in the middle of work. The silver end of the tablet with the buttons etc. must have been shorting the circuits or something because using the buttons caused all sorts of chaos. XP-Pen support looked at videos I sent them, acknowledged it was the tablet but, as the warranty was done, could only offer a discount on buying a new one. I have since dumped it and bought a WACOM Cintiq. The new tablet is much more substantial and I don't think will suffer the same problems. You get what you pay for, I suppose. All that said, I appreciate your channel a lot. :)

There are times when I watch you work that I long to go back and work digitally! I am still glad to be back to traditional art methods, yet I gotta say I miss the undo button! So, I had some doubts about its reliability, but all the reviews are generally positive. And there remains only one aspect I'm not sure about - scratches on the protecting film, is it so bad? People often complain about it

I'm looking at getting this tablet as an upgrade from my Wacom Intuos Pro M; I've had an XP-Pen before, but it had quite a few of the problems you mentioned in this video. HO-LEY WUT KZbin! This was fun, informative, detailed, well planned, well executed, well researched from a person with experience of these products and competitive notes, with details and even a setup guide for hotkeys, and a default layout, it showed the product in use, at A GOOD LEVEL! totally useless to see stick figures drawn on these, and you blew it out of the park with your examples. you displayed it's accessories, various settings, tests and observations and more importantly than that was well presented and supported with beautifully balanced musical notes and a good clear voiceover, it is COMPLETELY UNFAIR you do not have MILLIONS of viewers, I'm sure as hell subbing, I can tell you that. PS I also bought the tablet, but kudos on the amazing content, keep it up you deserve to be a giant youtuber at this quality level. and I assure you I am NOT easily impressed, and am equally happy to hand out scything remarks when appropriate.

Great review! I've bought myself an Innovator 16 and I'm very satisfied. I just have one minor inconvenience (not so minor, it actually bothers me): when setting the tablet as 2nd screen it starts lagging and drawing is not so confortable anymore so I'm only using it in "duplicate screen" mode. Has anyone noticed this problem and solved it? I think I'm gonna ask XP pen support :c

i just bought the artist 15,6 pro because you gave it a good review like a year ago + there was 20% off it right now. i really hope that that tablet is still good, is the inovetor a lot better or is it miner diffrences? i have an ipad pro 2020 model whis is my main drawing devise now and i think it will this be my main thing. im mostly getting a display tablet because i cant animate well in procreate, so yeah animation is the biggest reason why im getting it and i didn't wanna spent too much money on it since it's just gonna be my secondary drawing device.

Hmm... now I can´t decide ennymore. That one has a little better review from you but the 22 R Pro has more angles on its stand. I don´t know if the angle of the stand is comftable enoth for me. do they have different stands avaleble for it as wel?

ooooOooOooo what a decision. I agree the freely adjustable stand on the 22R pro is REALLY nice. I don't think they have other stands, but I'd check out their store if I were you. I just tried putting a book and some other taller stuff under my Innovator 16 stand and it worked alright - I got more of an angle. One of my friends just got a regular wood table-easel that a tablet can be placed on top of too. So there are multiple solutions in regard of the stand (Here's a picture: img.fruugo.com/product/5/53/49977535_max.jpg). The 22R does have a bigger screen as well as more express keys, but in MY case, it also took up ALL the space on my table, so I had to disconnect it entirely every time I was finished using it (don't have enough space to use it as an additional monitor either). So it's a bit freeing to go down to 16" again, now that I can see my table and it stays plugged in too. But it's really a matter of personal preference I'd say ^^ I can also warmly recommend the 22R Pro, but I do feel like the Innovator's technology is better :3

Hey, I have this tablet and sometimes the pen point isn't accurate to where I'm pointing on the screen. It's sometimes off by a few centimeters. I usually have to restart my laptop, mess around with the PenTablet screen settings, and open my drawing software (Krita) again to fix the problem. Is my tablet bugged or is there a way to fix this?

Maybe because it's krita? If it's other drawing application like sai or csp it might work better

How much different is it using this compared to an ipad pro? I have an ipad pro but thinking about buying this one. The new ipads are ridiculously expensive in Hungary, around 1500 USD just for the base model plus another 160USD for the pencil. And forget the rest of the accessories. So I am thinking about switching to a tablet monitor. I know it requires a computer, but I draw mostly at home anyway. I love my ipad and procreate and if I had the money I would get the one but alas I am poor as church mice. So how different is it? I don't like photoshop do have any other procreate alternative recommendations? thank you!

It comes with a screen protector on it, but be careful not to peel it off when peeling the top film that protects the screen protector, and as long as u change the nibs after awhile it shouldnt dig into the screen, it comes with extra nibs and 100 nibs is like 10$ so
