I get that message but I have never been able to use the ink. I don’t know if it really needs changing because of such. But what do I need to do.? After the conversion I haven’t been able to print meaning it shows nothing. What do I do. I need help. 😢

Hello thanks for the video. I am missing the point on the 15% information you give. Can you explain with more details please. What happens if we wait that it goes down to 0% ? Resetter won't work ? What was the level of your maintenance box when you got the message at 00:42 ? More than 15% ? Or less ? Thank you in advance for the reply. Also do you feel comfortable showing what is inside that resetter ?

Your videos are SO helpful, so thank you for all you do. I'm thinking of buying this printer for sublimation and don't know much about inkjet printers. When the maintenance box gets full, can I just buy another one and replace it? Do I need to do any chip resetting? I'm so confused. Thanks!

Yes for the xp15000 they have maintenance boxes that can be swapped out by the consumer. They're pretty cheap too. But if you have a external waste tank, you might want to get something like this. That way you can keep the same maintenance box and just reset it. The ink won't make it to the tank but the printer will think so, and will stop printing if it gets "full".

question. when the maintenance box is reset does it also reset the ink levels on the screen? currently i cannot print no more because its asking me to replace the ink cartridge but i just refilled the oem cartridge with DTF ink.

No. It will only reset the box. You will need chipless firmware for the xp15000. Then when the cartridges read empty you can pull the maintenance box and the levels will reset

If it is telling you your maintenance box is at the end of its life then it will fix your issue.

The printer will still think that the waste ink is going into the box even though it isn't. So you'll be resetting an empty box. But it will still need to be reset or replaced.

Only for the maintenance box. The firmware doesn't reset the waste ink counter.
