Wrap your ink carts in Saran Wrap or ziplock baggy. They could be drying out overnight if you are leaving them out

I notice you're using the same cleaning swab to clean all of the colors.. Won't that cause colors to mix together? If it does will that cause a problem? That's my biggest worry when cleaning and I end up using a roll of paper towels and about 10 swabs every clean lol It's getting quite pricey

If you don't print more than that you will spend a fortune in cart replacement. Your carts shouldn't sit more than 3 days without being used. The sponge will dry out. These printers don't handle inactivity well. They need to be used and keep fluid moving through the head. When not in use yes keep the the towels moist and in place.

I no longer use the XP15000 for DTF. For most people, it doesn't hold up well.

@@ssvcustomtransfers I mean the colors don't match and has lots of lines. This happens every morning. i use your method for daily maintinance and do this for start up it evenually works fine but takes a long time to get colors right. Is that normal?

@@shaskull no, you should only have to do 1 head clean and 2-3 test pages before your prints start coming out. I would test your carts and make sure they are all good. Do the stamp test. If they are not a complete rectangle then replace.

I have a xp 15000 I bought online (used) it included everything ( ink etc wtc) . he said it worked even showed me a print head print out before I bought it so I paid $850.00 I have spent 3 days on this machine and it isn't printing right I purged I watched your videos and done everything you did in your videos and still nothing what Can I do

Have you ran cleaner through it? Is the cleaner going through? If not the head is clogged.

No. I don't leave the carts in. I've had them leak all in my printer over night. I clean then remove them. Please refer to the maintenance video.

When printing you remove the clear plug over the sponge side of the cart. Replace it when you remove from the printer. That is the air hole.
