If I'm not having fun I have to think about if it's because of my own attitude or if the game is actually just not fun to play. Blue trinket wards got changed around that 13.10 item rework patch to be like Ghost Poros. They're pretty much as they were before, but if you step over them or enter their range / reveal them, they'll self destruct in 3 seconds. Probably added so that there would be some incentive to play their ward ping minigame, since you'd have 3 seconds to break it, or miss the gold entirely.
