The concept of focus days reminds me of a similar concept from the book "Make Time" by Jake Knapp and John Zeratsky. In that book, they called the object of their focus days their Highlight. I like the idea a lot, but it is something that I haven't been able to adopt in my life because I find it so hard to choose any one thing to do. There's just so many things that need to get done in my waking hours, and unfortunately, there's not nearly enough time to do any of it. This gets worse when you tend to overthink a lot of things and generally don't have the best mental game to make juggling life's tasks easier. I am actually better now than I was just 2 years ago, because I now exercise frequently and I am now trying to be the best I can be in the other areas of my life. I have always gotten pretty good grades, but I know that I am still far from being the paragon of academic excellence that I would like to be. Who knows, perhaps this video and this comment could be the start of a major life change for me. Right now, I still have no idea how to pick one thing to focus on for the day, but I do want to make that concept work because the alternative of focusing on everything and nothing has not led me to where I want to be.

I am emerald shen noob but I keep building Titanic then hollow radiance and deadmans plate. I like Titanic first just bc it feels more forgiving. Once you have Titanic and hollow you can just one shot waves which is deadly as someone needs to match you then you can just ult in. I might try phantom as a 4th but I also have been trying bork and kraken slayer into some matchups.
