I would hope that they have improved those types of issues, making use of all cpu cores. At least we have a bunch of popular community modders that have been hired keeping an eye out for that.

They need a mini Zombie Apocalypse event like this one "Love Death and Robots" episode! THIS would be sick!! Or fortify your city with Bases, Turrets, Labs etc. like a plague inc reservate
