I'm holding out for the SpatialLabs Eyes, looks like its gonna be the best 3D camera option

The wider interaxial of the Xreal blows the iPhone away. Much more depth and popout. If only the iPhone had that interaxial.

3D photographers have been dreaming of a variable interaxial 3D camera for decades, and I’d love one with at least three lenses, one the iPhones width and one the Xreals or larger as both are useful. Right now the best solution for me is looking like a combination of an iPhone and the upcoming Acer camera (plus my dual dslr rig for even stronger depth).

Without a beamsplitter rig these wouldn't be bad for doing closeups in 3D.

I guess all 3D camera interaxials seem close when compared to dual camera rigs

the iPhone is shockingly good at close-ups because the baseline is only about 15mm ish

0:48 You don’t need the glasses…unless you don’t have another way to view 3D.

Correct, you don't need the glasses.

@@jonathansabinvarietyfilms that seems an overstatement but 🤷🏾♂️

I mean you can get them if you want them 😆 But the content will look best on a 3DTV, or alternatively you could just buy a cheap $5 VR viewer for smartphones & put the Beam Pro inside it, and the SBS content will be immediately viewable

@@jonathansabinvarietyfilms I’ve got what I need. That wasn’t really where I was coming from but nevermind. And thanks for sharing.
