It is one of the most regrettable purchases I’ve made! You get what you pay for is so true! If I’d only waited a month longer I could have gotten a RING! Mine didn’t include batteries ( this type ain’t cheap) nor a chip. No contact info, or technical assistance either it’s a POS. 💩

Yes.its not bad for the money but it have some problems.ive got the ring to.but any way that's way I destroyed at the end of the video

It works for me on an older Android 11 phone but will not connect using newer Android 13 or 14 phones. All are Samsung.

Yes. Usually with an update the old software are not going to work. If you buy a software for life you will not be able to use it for life. Welcome in the max 5 years warranty era and mean evrething from a car to a new build house not to mention the small electronics

Mine didn’t come with a receiver bell for inside just the outside camera device? From wowcher where can I get a receiver for inside I can’t hear when someone rings I just get a notification on my iPhone

Struggling at the moment light is solid blue then quickly flashes then goes back blue however will not let me reset doorbell

you can get that even on the good brand's.i am prepering now a vid with the Ring door bell and I've got the same problem.you can try to do it again with a nother phone some time's that work's or try to conect it manualy from the wireless conection avaliable in your phone.gist go on your phone to wi fi connection's find the door bell and connect.if the phone its conected at the time on your home wi fi it might not work.please let me know if its going to work

yes some time's unbranded equipment are giving this type of problem's i had my fair share thats way i destroyed mine at the end of the video..watch the full clip.try to reset evrething including the phone sometimes works.thanks for your time

It's very strange using 4g when out and connects to one of my other cameras but not this one, seems to block it from logging in weird. Thanks for the replys

The software its not that stable it's going to use more internet.vodafone was given me problem's then i passed on 3 and all it's working fine

XSH cam crashes all the time, since it had some updates it has stopped working. Utter rubbish

Definitely not the best when referring at the software but if it makes you feel better ring give me some software problems also.try reseting everything including your phone

We can not get it to ring on our phones unless we actually have the app open on our phones, which is not practical

Use anyhome app that works for me but however android 11 kills the app in background I've got an android 9 phone I use purely for the doorbell it's flawless

try to reset all and re-do all the settings again if that it's not going to work it might be that you have a faulty unit.But keep in mind that this type of door bell might give you some problem's with the software in time

Video looks great, I have saved it to watch when I am setting up the device. But first I need the batteries. it says 18650 but from what I have read there are different types, flat head or domed head, and different powers. Any idea which ones I need? Also I saw another comment where you said you gave yours up for a Ring. The batteries and a charger cost as much as I paid for the device (without the chime) is it worth getting them or should I give up now?

Hi! My camera has stopped notifying my phone if anyone rings the doorbell. Anyone experienced this and found a solution? I have tried resetting, reconnecting and redownloading the app.

hi.sorry to hear about that and i can tell you that is the only thing that you can do for this door bell ... resetting, reconnecting and redownloading the app... the producer as far as a know don't do a firmware update and thats way this chip technologies somtimes don't deserve to be purchased

As far as i know this company it's not offering any assistance or software upgrade.the only thing that I can think of is to reset bought phone and door bell that way you can have a clean start with no errors in the system
