tsj 83 Steve was one of the fastest guys in the race, only being held up by the traffic and having to go off the dry line to make up 12 places in 10 laps
@goodbyemr.anderson50655 жыл бұрын
tsj 83 okay here we go with the keyboard professional racers. If you do drive kart, then you would know that's there's so many variables, you couldn't possible say what you said without being there in that kart. End of story. So to conclude on my comment I would assume, (and I hate to assume because one tends to look like a fool, as you are doing right now) that you have very little experience in karting, or for that matter racing anything. Therefore your comment neither can be taken seriously, and labelled foolish bullshit.

Against fogging I have what's called a Pin-Lock visor on my motorcycle helmet. It's a second visor on the inside of the visor with a small layer of air in between the two. The air insulates them, so the outside one can be cold while the inside one is warm which avoids the water in the warm air inside the helmet condensating on a cold visor. For me, that just means my glasses fog up instead, but riding with contacts it's basically impossible to fog up the visor

Love the karting videos man, keep them coming! Great way to spend some time after a long day at work :p Sometimes when I ride my motorcycle in the rain I keep my visor up, it's a bit annoying to squint but honestly I find visibility a bit better. Yea, it sucks getting a face full of rain but it seems to work. Depends on the rain and if there's vehicles in front splashing up water etc. I'm sure Rain-x works well when you have it though, I haven't tried it yet on my visor.

oldfrend no, that prize could only go to 3 drivers, and it’s only Steve in the weight category that had a chance. It was one of the first dry races and whilst the line was dry offline wasn’t, so a few dodgy moves became really poor, Steve’s video didn’t show it all but behind there was chaps

At my home track the rain line is exactly as you describe because the classic racing line has very smooth surface with rubber on it, which gets slicker than the rougher outside surface. So we stay on the outside all the way until we can make a very straight shot down to the next corner, sometimes staying on the white line all the way around the outside of the corner and never turning into the inside of the corner at all!

Good to see you back Sgt. I wanted to ask your opinion if you don't mind. I usually race with the pad in GT sport and am thinking of moving over to a wheel. It's been years since I last used a wheel and back then, they were just terrible. But I know they are much better now. I'd have to have one with force feedback and all the good stuff lmao. So wanted to ask you what you would recommend as I remember you moving to a wheel ages ago. Anyway thanks and hope to see more of your gtsport vids👍
