Xtool D8 Ford Fiesta Special Functions, tests, whats available?

After looking at your video, I believe the instrument cluster issue could be a problem with the tool, I get the same problem when I scan my 2013 focus. When I scan it with my autel scan tool no code shows.

I bought the D8BT from Amazon. On a ford transit custom 2013 it failed to do any of the actuation test, froze after the battery dropped below 50% sent it back!

All in all this tool seems like a lemon ....would that be a correct assumption ?
