Such a lovely project and result! Thanks for sharing. Would you think it is possible to apply/glue ricepaper to the wood first, before cutting? Soon I will get my first laser cutter and going to try something like that.

Thanks 🙌 I'm not sure, I would be worried that the laser burns the rice paper. It's better to add it after it's cut.
