These are the top ten percent of barrel racers that run at the Blackhawk Arena in Salina, UTAH. They have run the pattern in under 15.999 seconds during the year, and this is the race to see who gets to take home the cash. First place is $4,000 and the top 20 runners won a beautiful leather jacket.
