麵團dough :
• 蒸熟後的蕃薯重量 sweet potato (cook weight) 340g
• 水磨糯米粉 sticky rice flour 115~130g
• 地瓜粉(如果沒有,試試馬鈴薯澱粉)tapioca starch 40g
• 水 water 3~4 TBSP
內餡filling :(可自行調整比例及糖餡的用量)
• 純花生粉 peanut powder 40g
• 三溫糖或是細白糖也可 caster sugar 80g
• 熟黑芝麻 toasted sesame seeds 1 TBSP
