do you know how to do this with factory handle bars? the hole inside the bar is way smaller

I would consider upgrading to aftermarket bars as my top recommendation. If you're set on using the stock bars, then I would drill out the hole with a drill bit designed for metal, slowing working up in drill bit size until you have a large enough hole for the Acerbis bar end inserts.
