In proper context, racism and Jim Crow produced this modern BW. The BM is their competition/enemy, they just deceived the BW and are using her against the BM, just like Eve in the garden. If you’re going to ask who’s the “they”…I’ll pray for you.

I was adopted at birth and I absolutely love my adopted parents. As a white couple, my husband and I adopted two black children from foster care. We did not pick either of our children. As foster parents, we were called and asked if they could place each of them into our home (temporarily, not permanently). My son came to me as a foster child at 1 as a result of domestic violence and drug abuse. My daughter was abandoned in the hospital following her birth at 23 weeks old. She tested positive for 5 different illegal drugs. Both were medically fragile children. We were NOT fostering to adopt and we chose to adopt them once the courts deemed them unable to return to their home environment. We were the only parents they had ever known. Why and/or how, after pouring years of love into them, could we just hand them over to another family for permanency which would have created unnecessary trauma for both of them. I am homeschooling both of my children because I will not allow the public school system to exposed them to CRT or DEI. We are raising them as human beings based on biblical principles. They are both very active in extra curricular activities such as guitar lessons, baseball, basketball, softball, and cheerleading. They get exposed to a very diverse group of children where they are treated as human beings with very little focus placed on anyones skin color. Do we know we look different? Of course we do. Does it play a major factor in our everyday lives? No it does not. We will love and let love. We may not be the best choice, based on the opinions of others on social media (not that we care) but we are doing our best to love them and make sure they have the exact same opportunities we gave to our biological children (all 3 grown with kids of their own now).

Me too! My husband and I felt compelled to get involved to help two kids whose mother could not care for them, after we raised our 4 bio kids into adulthood. These children could not return to their family of origin for a variety of reasons, so we chose to adopt to give them stability. The looks and comments from the community they came from can be a little taxing at times, but, we are so grateful to have had the opportunity to have more children! And would do it again if the opportunity presents itself, all children need a loving a stable home to have the best chance in life.

@@rgtunderworldrgt7773 I get it but it’s old at this point! These women add ZERO to the conversation and some of the men too. I’m not saying that a person like Jas Noelle needs to agree with everything BUT debate with logic and facts. When I hear the data and stats, I’m going to at least reply by saying, “I’m going to look that up”. These women debate with their feelings and emotions way too much. The thing that really gets me is, Jas Noelle contradicted her own rhetoric by saying “the facts are facts” trying to justify her own narrative of an argument. I like a healthy, fact, stat proven conversation. Once a person starts to respond with a bunch of feeling based talking points, knowing they didn’t do ANY research, the conversation is over. Conversations like these are meant for those who can critically think and can step outside of the box. Jas Noelle simply is not on that level along with a few other guest on the panel.

Amos Wilson once said in a speech that the black middle class is holding us back. Moving to white suburbs not practicing group economics, spending money but not owning nothing of significance. It ain’t just a certain demographic like poor class in our community that’s holding us back it’s everybody in our community that’s thinking backwards. The poor, middle, rich class blacks all contribute to our community not progressing as much. Spending money and living next to white ppl is not a come up. We still own as much wealth as we did after slavery. It’s Mfs like you that’s pointing the finger but still don’t see how we all holding us back in different ways. Rich people in other cultures move different than we do. We just spend money and live like individuals with no team mentality whatsoever, that’s why it’s easy to finesse the community bc everybody money hungry and have a individualists mindset.

Yea but the problem is yall don't think white people can get that same treatment from other races and feel the effects of it. I don't know if yall have noticed but "white guilt" is a common notion nowadays. You got white people apologizing for things they themselves didn't do nor are responsible for. Apologizing for crimes some other white person committed in the past or present. Imagine if we flipped the races for a moment here. How would you feel about that? Growing up black in america is a blessing. Period. Any struggles you think you have will be most directly a result of the people that raised you and how they chose to live their own lives, not some systemic racist society that somehow affords the very people it's supposedly oppressing ample opportunities for success.
