Ingredients:-
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 cup unsalted butter
3 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Baking time:- @350° preheated oven 35-40 minutes + 15 minutes each side

add fennel seeds (or anise seeds) for flavor next time maybe you can soak it in milk to get the flavor and trash the seeds. i dont know fennel in amharic but i know it taste like the way uzo smells. or maybe they use almond flavoring not sure. i think thats why the packaged ones taste good like the arabic kind. wow i didnt know this was just really dry cake lol thank you
