Yes but the dose of paracetamol is 10 to 15 mg per kg body weight. It means if your weight is 50 kg then 50 x 10 = 500 mg is the dose at a time. Maximum safe dose is 4000 mg per day in divided doses. More than this is harmful to liver mainly and also to kidneys. I have made a video on paracetamol. You can refer to that.
